Join the Life Matters Support Group Meeting

 What is “Life Matters?” Well quite simply put it’s the matters of life, the things that re important for women. This weekly group formed to focus on improving the quality of life for some on the concerting journey. It’s  safe comfortable place for women to meet and talk about the physical and emotional aspects of cancer.

Life Matters group has a spotlight feature that addresses topics like appearance, nutrition, exercise, stress management, spirituality, and the fellowship of other women on the same journey. During this meeting, women learn tips like how to pick out a wig and take care of it from cosmetologist; tips on skin care and make-up application; fellowship from cancer survivors. Meetings are Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m., located at the Leah M. Fitch Cancer Center Conference Room.
