Pharmacy Buyer

DEFINITION:

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, provides technical support for the provision of pharmaceutical services to all age groups including adult, and geriatric patients.

EDUCATION:

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

• Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Technician Permit.
• National PTCB Certification within 12 months of hire

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior hospital experience.
• Prior Oncology Experience
• Prior Purchasing Experience
• Technical training or equivalent experience in a pharmacy.
